Join the FORMEL SKIN team as Director of Paid Acquisition & Growth and help us revolutionise dermatology by building a global online dermatology clinic. We offer highly effective dermatological treatments that are easily accessible to everyone. Based in Berlin, we are committed to expanding our reach and impact, and we need someone to drive the next phase of growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the acquisition strategy: Define and lead our paid acquisition strategy across all performance marketing channels, translating business goals into scalable growth plans with clear KPIs.
  • Lead performance marketing execution: Oversee all paid media channels (Meta, Google, Native, Programmatic, TikTok, etc.), drive efficiency, and manage internal teams and agency partners.
  • Conversion rate optimisation (CRO): Build and run a structured CRO roadmap, experiment across the website and user funnel, and lead A/B testing in close partnership with Product and Design.
  • Go‑to‑market: Develop and execute acquisition strategies for launching new products and markets, ensuring fast, data‑driven rollouts aligned with Product, Sales and Brand teams.
  • MarTech & tracking infrastructure: Own and evolve our marketing tech stack, from analytics and attribution to automation and campaign tooling, ensuring data reliability and actionable reporting.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Act as a key partner to Product, BI, Creative and Engineering, aligning acquisition efforts with broader business goals and fostering consistent messaging.

What You Need To Shine

  • Proven growth leadership: 8+ years in growth marketing or performance‑driven digital roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity, ideally in a B2C or DTC environment.
  • Performance marketing expertise: Deep knowledge of key acquisition channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and a track record of managing 7‑figure budgets.
  • CRO & experimentation skills: Strong background in conversion optimisation, A/B testing and funnel analytics.
  • GTM execution: Experience launching products in new markets or segments with solid strategic and operational capabilities.
  • MarTech & automation: Hands‑on experience with modern marketing technology stacks (tracking, attribution, automation, CDPs) and the ability to evaluate and implement tools that scale performance.
  • Analytical mindset: Proficiency in marketing analytics and BI tools, driven by data‑based decision making.
  • Leadership & communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills; fluent in English.
