A fast-growing deep-tech company is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to drive growth across the DACH region . This leadership role focuses on expanding business with hardware OEMs, industrial, automotive, and manufacturing customers , delivering cutting-edge AI, semiconductor, and embedded solutions .

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a commercially driven sales leader who can combine strategic account development with strong technical fluency. You’ll shape regional go-to-market strategy, build long-term customer relationships, and accelerate adoption of advanced AI hardware in Industry 4.0, automotive, and smart manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver sales growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, enterprises, and system integrators
Lead value-based solution selling in Edge AI, embedded, and computer vision markets
Build and manage key enterprise accounts and channel relationships
Act as a trusted advisor to technical and senior decision-makers
Collaborate with global teams to align product and market needs

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise sales or business development in semiconductors, embedded systems, or AI hardware
Proven track record with OEMs, industrial clients, and complex enterprise sales cycles
Strong leadership, negotiation, and account management skills
Fluent in German and English; willing to travel frequently in DACH
