Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership and further development of all commercial areas: Sales, Marketing, Events, Reservations, and Revenue Management
- Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and market share locally and internationally
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, especially in the luxury segment
- Plan, organize, and execute exclusive events and incentives
- Represent the hotel at international trade shows, roadshows, and networking events; regular international travel is part of the role
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-quality team
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations to ensure achievement of financial targets
- Conduct market and competitive analyses and identify new business opportunities worldwide

Profile
- Several years of relevant experience in a comparable role within high-end hospitality or luxury segments
- International sales experience and intercultural competence
- Strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for hospitality, events, marketing, and outstanding service
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
- Proficient with common hotel software systems and CRM tools
