Our German business is led by a team of highly experienced MDs focused on delivering advisory services across Restructuring, Debt Advisory, Deals and Value Creation. As a Director in the Integration & Separation team, you will work with experienced colleagues to deliver multi-stakeholder, international and domestic pre-and post-deal advisory engagements while also raising the profile of Interpath as a premier provider of Deals and Value Creation advisory services. The successful candidate will contribute to client facing teams and deliver a diverse range of projects including sell side and buyside operational due diligence, pre- and post-deal Carve out, Integration, operational value creation, performance improvement, cost optimisation and Target Operating models.  They will offer direct assistance to companies undergoing transformation and directly impact the future success and further growth of these companies. Responsibilities will include:   Leading teams to deliver pre- and post-acquisition workstreams for leading Private Equity owned companies and Corporates to ensure deal targets are achievedLeading workstreams including post-merger integration/ separation projects, performance improvement, cost reduction, revenue enhancement, Day-1 readiness and 100-day planning   Creating, developing and executing robust methodologies to ensure clarity, ownership, and delivery to tight timescales and to mitigate risksWide-ranging operational delivery & impact on business areas including sales, manufacturing, supply chain management, logistics, and purchasingGuiding stakeholders ensuring effective communication on key project milestones and deliverablesBuilding and developing strong networks across Private Equity and Corporates, identifying opportunities to assist clients and deliver tailored solutionsCoaching and mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to their professional growth   Requirements Proven experience in selling, diagnosing, and delivering performance improvement consulting projects, pre & post dealEstablished expertise delivering operational value creation, improvement or transformation mandatesStrong financial and operational analytical skills and the ability to conduct deep-dive analysis and build complex financial models and operational methodologies/ approachesStrong academic record including previous experience at a leading advisory firm, a Big 4 or a company undergoing significant deals transformation activitiesNative or Business fluent German & English (C1) is essential; additional European languages are highly desirableProfessional, with the ability to engage effectively with clients in high-pressure situationsFlexibility to travel when required for client engagements Benefits At Interpath, we know our people are our greatest asset.
