For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as

TASKS WITH IMPACT

  • Drive the strategic development and execution of our Marketplace and Partner Program with a strong focus on profitable growth and international expansion

  • Lead and develop an international team of around 30 employees across multiple levels, primarily in Southern and Central/Eastern Europe

  • Combine remote leadership with regular on-site presence in Düsseldorf (8–11 days per month)

  • Full P&L responsibility for the partner program/marketplace segment including budget planning and KPI management

  • Balance strategic development with hands‑on operational project leadership

  • Collaborate closely with key functions such as Marketing, Assortment & Purchasing, Tech, Operations and Customer Service

  • Build, manage and grow strong partner relationships, lead contract negotiations and ensure a competitive assortment

YOUR SKILLS

  • 5–6+ years of experience in marketplace, partner program or e‑commerce leadership roles within an international context

  • Proven leadership skills in managing senior leaders ("manage the managers")

  • Strong strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on attitude and execution excellence

  • Solid expertise in P&L management, project ownership and performance optimisation

  • Confident in communication with partners and stakeholders, especially in negotiations

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
