Join our dynamic DACH financial technology team as Director, Technology - Murex Lead for the region, where you will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of Murex solutions, expertly tailored to meet the distinct needs of banks and asset managers in this key market. As a leader you will be at the forefront of driving transformational change across complex financial environments, leveraging your expert knowledge of the Murex platform to deliver innovative and effective solutions that align with the strategic objectives of our clients.




Your Impact

• Lead the way for the Murex capability In the DACH region managing the team of Murex Internal experts and external professionals working on leading solutions for our FSI clients.
• Utilize your deep knowledge of the Murex platform to influence and optimize functionalities, aligning them with client requirements across various financial products such as FX, IRD, FI, Commodities, Equities, and more
• Conduct engaging design and solution workshops with key business users and Murex teams, driving impactful discussions and leading the charge in delivering solutions that excel
• Develop comprehensive project roadmaps incorporating DevOps and Agile methodologies to ensure phase delivery is achieved. Oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to go-live
• Provide strategic input and challenge Murex on functionalities to ensure optimal solutions for clients. Validate and test functionalities to align with clients unique business processes
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and effectively coordinate with diverse stakeholders to ensure timely and seamless delivery
• Lead end-to-end testing campaigns and manage complex product migrations, entity merges, and greenfield implementations, showcasing your organizational prowess



Qualifications




Your Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in a similar role within financial institutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of the transversal processes of banks and asset managers
• Adept at leading solution design sessions, interacting effectively with business users, and optimizing Murex functionalities
• Proven track record of driving landscape changes, consolidating multi-framework environments, and implementing complex migrations into Murex
• Ability to participate in design workshops, providing current solutions to project-level technical issues and inspiring your team towards achieving excellence
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proficiency in German, enabling you to collaborate successfully across diverse teams
• Proven experience working in cross-functional and international teams, leveraging diverse perspectives to achieve innovative solutions
