Documentation Engineer

• Lead the creation, maintenance, and optimization of technical documentation in line with MDR and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements to the format, structure, and content of existing documentation.
• Actively contribute to the design history file and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all regulatory and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, and Quality teams to align on project timelines and requirements.
• Train and advise colleagues on best practices related to technical documentation.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to bring together diverse perspectives and ensure stakeholder expectations are met.

• Degree in a technical, scientific, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, preferably within the medical device industry.
• Knowledge of MDR and ISO 13485 is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English required; German language skills are an advantage.
