Job Responsibilities

监督配送站的日常运营，包括计划制定、资源分配和最后一公里配送执行；
通过有效的招聘、培训和绩效管理，领导并激励高绩效团队；
每日组织团队例会，明确目标并强化公司价值观；
根据运营需求变化，确保人力和资源配置充足；
营造积极、协作的工作氛围，注重责任意识和员工发展；
监控运营KPI，持续优化流程，提升效率与客户满意度；
快速处理服务问题，保障配送作业顺畅进行；
确保全面遵守安全、安保与质量相关标准；
与运输、人力资源及客服等部门跨部门协作，推动业务目标达成。
