For Hamburg Headquarters we are looking for new colleagues starting 01 October 2024.

Your new job includes

• As a dual student (m/f/d), you will support us in our day-to-day business and gain practical experience to apply knowledge from your studies.
• Over the 3.5-year program, you will in particular:
• take on your own tasks such as planning, organizing, developing and controlling our marketing and communication projects
• get to know the day-to-day business of the various departments, our corporate structure and the business units
• learn how to develop and implement 360° communication campaigns and holistic concepts, and support our team in the process
• take on administrative tasks such as preparing creative briefings, cost estimates and timings, and ensure information exchange with all relevant interfaces
• participate in special trainings (e.g., product and IT trainings) with colleagues
• receive regular feedback on your personal and professional development
• receive intensive support throughout your studies from our Entry Programs Team and from a dual student mentor in the departments
• attend lectures at the Nordakademie in Elmshorn near Hamburg with other dual students during the theoretical phases
• have the opportunity to complete a semester abroad and potentially experience a business trip to international locations, cruise ships or ferries
• receive an attractive salary (1st year: 1,025 euros; 2nd year: 1,190 euros; 3rd year: 1,355 euros) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses and 30 days of vacation

Preferred Profile

• A-Levels and successful participation in the Nordakademie selection process
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs
• Very good knowledge of German and English, plus good communication skills
• Enthusiasm for retail with initial practical experience and curiosity about working with exclusive brand products and marketing topics
• A fresh outlook and ideas in an international and dynamic environment
• Commitment and enjoyment of independent, varied work with own areas of responsibility
• Reliability, team spirit and openness to cooperate with future colleagues
