Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

During your training, you can look forward to:

• Combining business administration and information technology fundamentals for practical application at the interface between management and IT
• Teaching sound knowledge of computer science and business administration to cover all essential fields of business informatics
• Acquisition of methodological skills for the selection, introduction, and optimization of information systems to support efficient business processes, as well as the development of interdisciplinary problem-solving skills for successfully shaping the digital transformation in companies
• Providing insights into specific teaching and research fields of business informatics with a focus on digital business processes, IT-supported corporate management, and technological innovations
• Teaching of sound theoretical foundations as part of the dual study program in business informatics at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University, combined with practical application in our company
• Opportunity to choose training departments such as Digital Solutions and Project Management, or other exciting areas of the company to shape your career path

What we expect from you:

• Strong general or subject-specific university entrance qualification (with a successfully passed aptitude test at the Cooperative State University, if applicable)
• Very good to good grades in mathematics and information technology
• Flexibility, willingness to learn, determination, and initiative
• Willingness to spend the theoretical study phases in Baden-Württemberg / Ravensburg

What you can expect from us in terms of compensation:

• 1st year of training: 1.361,00 Euro
• 2nd year of training: 1.440,00 Euro
• 3rd year of training: 1.525,00 Euro
