You will learn

1. Work planning and process design
2. Optimisation of production processes and systems
3. Cost reduction and quality improvements

What we offer

1. Duration of training: 3 years
2. Start of training:
3. 50 Euro travel allowance / month
4. Working/school hours: 40 hours/week, flexitime
5. 3 semesters at BA Plauen (theory)
6. 3 semesters of practical work at Neways Riesa
7. Holiday entitlement: 29 days / year
8. Targeted exam preparation
9. Canteen / catering during breaks / company doctor / changing rooms + showers
10. Free water, tea, coffee
11. Own laptop + ergonomically well-equipped computer workstations
12. Fitness studio with courses on offer
13. Company health management
