Das können Sie lernen:
Multimediale Daten in digitaler Form gewinnen immer mehr an Bedeutung. Deshalb benötigt Heidelberg Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), die über Medienkompetenzen verfügen, eine ganzheitliche Sichtweise in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Technik/Informatik und Gestaltung entwickeln und diese konstruktiv ins Unternehmen einbringen. Zudem sollten Sie in einem innovativen und zunehmend digitalisierten Umfeld ein starkes Interesse an Marketingthemen, betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen sowie Geschäfts- und Kommunikationsprozessen entwickeln. Aufgaben eines Bachelor of Arts Digitale Medien bei Heidelberg sind bspw. Wirtschaftlichkeits- oder Marktanalysen durchzuführen, vertriebsunterstützend oder in Kundenberatung tätig zu sein. Ebenso sind die Konzeption und Gestaltung von innovativen webbasierten (Social Media) Marketing-Kampagnen, die Einführung von digitalen Informations- und Wissensmanagement-Tools, Videodreh/Fotoshooting, die aktive Unterstützung von Marketing-Events oder die Analyse und Optimierung des Internetauftritts mögliche Projektthemen. Sie haben Interesse an den skizzierten Aufgabenstellungen und möchten sich fachlich und persönlich weiterentwickeln? Dann liegen Sie mit dem dualen Hochschulstudium bei HEIDELBERG in Kooperation mit der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Mannheim zum Bachelor of Arts Digitale Medien, "Medienmanagement & Kommunikation", richtig.
Schulische Voraussetzungen:

• Vorzugsweise Abitur, mathematisch-naturwissenschaftliche Fähigkeiten sowie gute Englisch-Kenntnisse

• Interesse an neuen Technologien und Informationstechnik sowie an Betriebswirtschaftslehre

• Idealerweise abgeschlossener studiengangaffiner Ausbildungsberuf

Persönliche Voraussetzungen:

• Gültige Arbeits- und Aufenthaltserlaubnis für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland

• Fortgeschrittenes deutsches Sprachniveau (mindestens B2)

• Lernbereitschaft und Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neuen Sachverhalten und Erfahrungen Anderer

• Mut eigene Ideen einzubringen, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein ausgeprägter Teamgeist

• Eigenverantwortung für Entwicklung und Ziele und die Fähigkeit zur Selbstreflexion

Studiendauer und Abschluss:

• 3 jährige Studiendauer endet mit dem akademischen Grad Bachelor of Arts
