Your Role

• Collaboration: You study at the Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW) in Paderborn in a block model and gain practical experience in the Cross Industries team at adesso.
• Project Work: You develop software solutions using Java, JavaScript, and cloud technologies directly within client projects.
• Agile Working: Experience firsthand how agility and DevOps work in practice.
• Development Opportunities: Learn everything needed to develop towards software architecture, project management, or cloud specialization.
• Skills: Improve your presentation and communication skills through regular team work.
• Teamwork and Communication: Enhance your ability to work in a team and present convincingly.

Your Profile

• Education: You have successfully completed your university or university of applied sciences entrance qualification.
• Grades: You are good at mathematics and ideally have some experience in computer science.
• Programming Skills: You have initial experience in at least one programming language.
• Technology Enthusiasm: You are interested in modern technologies and their practical application.
• Team Ability: You are team-oriented, highly motivated, and show initiative.
• Language Skills: Your very good German and good English skills enable confident communication.
