Working Hours & Location

Flexible working time model. The study takes place at the Duale Hochschule Gera‑Eisenach or at any of the DHBW campuses in Mannheim, Heidenheim, Heilbronn, Karlsruhe, Stuttgart or Lörrach.

Duration: 3 years

Compensation

1st year: 1.300 € per month | 2nd year: 1.400 € per month | 3rd year: 1.500 € per month

Mission

As a dual student in Digitalisation Management you will be an integral part of the team from day one. You will experience a healthy blend of theory and hands‑on practice, covering topics such as Big‑Data analysis, Cloud computing, IoT, Virtual and Augmented Reality, and Artificial Intelligence.

What you will do

• Advance your bachelor degree while acquiring practical knowledge in real‑world client projects.
• Integrate academic insights into business projects, working closely with Accenture consultants.
• Prepare for a career as a specialist or manager in digital transformation, benefiting from top‑class training opportunities and a seamless transition to full employment after graduation.

• Successful completion of Abitur or Fachhochschulreife with good grades.
• Strong interest in IT and the latest technology trends.
• Enjoyment of teamwork and collaborative problem solving.
• Proficient in German and English, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
