About the team

Within the COO Division, Technology Engineering & Architecture (TEA) is responsible for accelerating the delivery of a company-wide simplified and future-proof target architecture and application harmonization. Furthermore, EDM, EPM, and the DWS cloud journey will be enabled by TEA.

Role details

As Architecture Transformation Lead (m/f/d) , you will:

• Play a pivotal and entrepreneurial role in driving the enterprise-wide architecture transformation.
• Determine the key areas for architectural transformation in outcome-driven collaboration with architects, delivery teams, leads, and business stakeholders.
• Own and lead cross-domain architecture initiatives end-to-end, focusing on outcomes and managing dependencies.
• Work closely with senior leaders from both business and IT.
• Simplify, modernize, and future-proof complex IT landscapes, also triggering business and process simplifications.
• Focus on the current and future needs of the financial services and asset management sector.

We are looking for

• Extensive experience in IT Architecture at the enterprise level, ideally within financial services or asset management.
• Proven ability to simplify, modernize, and digitize IT landscapes and drive architecture transformations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern IT technologies.
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop sustainable and innovative solutions and execute them.
• Leadership skills and ability to build strategic relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
