We are an online shop for office furniture in Germany and have identified two critical bottlenecks in our sales funnel using Google Analytics 4. We are not looking for a general audit, but for a specialist to conduct a targeted analysis to find the root causes of these specific problems.

We have successfully identified the 'what' and 'where' of our conversion problem through our analytics. Now, we need your expertise to help us uncover the crucial 'why'.
We believe the key to this lies in our user behavior data. Therefore, the primary focus of this project will be a deep-dive into our Microsoft Clarity account. Your main role will be to analyze session recordings and heatmaps for the problematic user segments (especially on mobile) and translate your observations into concrete insights and hypotheses.
While the analysis of Clarity is the logical starting point, we explicitly encourage you to bring your own expertise to the table. We are open to and interested in any additional methods or tools you would recommend to get to the root of the problem. We are looking for a strategic partner to solve this challenge with us, not just a contractor to follow a checklist.
