About the Role:

We are hiring a talented and proactive E-Commerce Manager to own and execute the online strategy for two fast-growing brands: ID&C and badgepoint®. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role where you will manage digital performance, shape customer journeys, and deliver measurable growth in site traffic, conversion rate, and revenue.

If you're highly organised, data-driven, and thrive in environments where you can make a direct impact, this is the ideal opportunity to lead the e-commerce direction for two future-focused brands on an international scale.

Location: Ahrensburg (Germany), Tunbridge Wells (UK), or another Avery Europe office (with hybrid working available)
Contract Type: Full-time
Travel : Minimum 4 days per month at both sites (UK & Germany)
Language Requirements : English (fluent);
German advantageous;
French or Dutch beneficial
