We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to build our community and drive a successful pre-order launch for our new collection.

Role Description

As our E-commerce Marketing Specialist, you will be the strategic mind and hands-on executor of our entire digital marketing effort. You will be responsible for telling the MassVantage story across all digital channels, engaging the US & European automotive enthusiast community, and converting that passion into pre-order signups and sales. This is a unique opportunity to build a brand\'s marketing foundation from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the complete social media and marketing strategy for our custom packedge for Golf GTI pre-order campaign.
• Manage and grow our social media channels (primarily Instagram, YouTube, Facebook), creating compelling content that resonates with car enthusiasts.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic to our pre-order landing page and generate leads.
• Build and manage our email list, creating engaging newsletters and automated campaigns to nurture potential customers.
• Collaborate with our CGI Artist to create compelling campaign assets and ensure a cohesive brand message.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, tracking KPIs, and providing regular reports to optimize for success.
• Engage with the online automotive community in forums, groups, and comments to build brand credibility and foster relationships.
• Oversee website (Shopify) SEO and contribute to content creation (blog posts, articles) that positions MassVantage as a quality leader.

Who You Are

• You have proven experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role, with demonstrated success in driving leads and sales.
• You are familiar with Shopify platform
• Experience in the automotive, aftermarket parts, or a related passion-driven industry is an advantage.
• You have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing set-up & management.
• You have a genuine passion for cars and a deep understanding of the automotive enthusiast community and its culture.
• You possess copywriting skills, with the ability to write effective ad copy, social media posts, and emails.
• You are a proactive, independent, and highly organised "generalist" who can manage projects from start to finish.
• You have a strong analytical and data-driven mindset, always looking for ways to improve performance.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or Polish is a plus.
