Job Opportunity: Freelance E-Commerce Support Specialist, long-term support welcome!

We are looking for a dependable freelance expert to join our team and support our e-commerce operations with both technical and administrative tasks. The perfect candidate will work closely with management and play a key role in optimizing our daily business activities to enhance efficiency and precision.




Key responsibilities will include:

Phase 1: Initial System Setup & Configuration

• Initial technical setup and configuration of marketplace interfaces
• Mapping and adapting product data structures to match marketplace and ERP system requirements
• Identification and documentation of system limitations or risks for the transition
• Knowledge transfer to internal team members for post-setup operations



Phase 2: Ongoing support

• Technical integration of new marketplaces
• Adaptation of product data to prevailing marketplace requirements
• Updating and maintaining product listings
• Analysing and reporting of synchronization issues (checking error logs, resolve if possible)



Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce, especially with marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, eBay)
• Confident use of ERP systems and/or PIM systems (e.g. Plentymarkets, Shopware 6, Odoo, Baselinker. etc)
• Technical understanding of interfaces, APIs, data formats and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
• Independent, structured way of working
