Job Description:
We’re seeking a skilled content writer with expertise in ecommerce. The job will include the following:
• Researching and writing content about ecommerce strategies and ecommerce software
• Creating best-in-class content that helps people answer questions and perform key tasks related to ecommerce
• Providing suggestions for imagery for content to our designer
• Working with editors and the content team to refine content
• Getting to know our product and adhering to our Editorial Guidelines to ensure high-quality content


Qualifications:
You may be a good fit if you:
• Have 3+ years of experience working with and/or writing about ecommerce (current or very recent experience preferred)
• Can provide real-world, in-the-field knowledge and context to your content
• Are passionate and eager to stay on top of changes in the ecommerce landscape
• Have acute attention to detail, quality, and style
• Have a passion for helping people succeed at ecommerce
• Have the ability to take constructive feedback and work collaboratively with an editor
• Have the ability to manage deadlines effectively


Bonus Points:
Bonus points if: You are a published writer. (But if you have in-depth knowledge of ecommerce, we’ll still consider you.)
