Introduction
We are delighted to be working with one our long-term clients. They are recruiting for an Education and Training Manager join their team on a full time, permanent basis.


Key Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering effective training programs
• Supporting both internal and external stakeholder learning
• Managing and maintaining the Learning Management System
• Updating training materials, including presentations, guides and videos
• Collaborating with internal teams to understand key challenges and ensuring that the training
• Scheduling and coordinating live training events, webinars and workshops
• Aligning with global education teams
• Providing coaching and guidance to subject matter experts


The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience with employee and customer training
• Ability to pick up new products quickly
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Fluent in English and German
