EHS Advisor

The Challenge

Data centers power the digital world, but their growth challenges energy and environmental sustainability.

The Project

As part of the construction of a data center, we are looking for an EHS Advisor, from the project management perspective, to support the EHS team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures tailored to the data center construction site.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental risks.
• Monitor site activities to ensure safe work practices and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support investigations of accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE documentation and reporting for regulatory bodies and internal review.
• Promote a safety culture among all project stakeholders, including contractors and visitors.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in data center or industrial construction projects.
• Knowledge of German health and safety regulations.
• Fluent in German and English.
