The Project

As part of the construction of a data center, we are looking for an EHS Manager, from the project management perspective, to supervise the EHS team.

Job Description : Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures tailored to the data center construction site
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental risks
• Monitor site activities to ensure safe work practices and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Investigate accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain HSE documentation and reporting for regulatory bodies and internal review
• Promote a safety culture among all project stakeholders, including contractors and visitors

Profile / Requirements :

• Over 10 years' experience in data center or industrial construction projects
• Knowledge of German health and safety regulations
• Fluent in German and English
• In possession of NEBOSH qualifications
