Position: Koordinator Material Management & Customer Service (w/m/d) .

Responsibilities

Monitor quantities and delivery dates for various product groups to ensure smooth material flow.
Manage national and international customer relationships—from inquiry to delivery.
Coordinate inbound logistics for customer projects and monitor demand fluctuations using an ERP system.
Collaborate closely with production planning, manufacturing, and sales to optimize processes.
Assist with complaints, special projects, and quality inspections of suppliers.

Qualifications

Completed commercial or specialized training, ideally in the automotive industry.
At least 2 years of experience in material management or customer service, preferably in automotive.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., XPERT), with good German (C1 level) and English skills, both spoken and written.
Team-oriented, resilient, and well-organized working style.
