Responsibilities

Plan deployments and assign field and workshop service technicians in coordination with customers.
Receive repair orders, issue them by phone or in writing, and provide technical clarification.
Create and develop offers for customers, define the work scope, organize spare parts, and manage the execution and follow-up of orders.
Review orders and contracts and prepare invoicing and data maintenance in the system.
Check warranty and goodwill applications and support the Service Sales team in product support and service development.
Contribute to maintaining and expanding customer relationships and support the enforcement of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

Engineering/Technician/Master degree or equivalent.
Business knowledge applicable to your role.
Experience in service of machines and systems.
Knowledge of deployment planning / disposition / SAP R3 / MS Office.
Basic English skills.
Strong self-organization, service- and customer-orientation, and teamwork.
