Location: GERMANY/Kreuztal|Sector: Roll Grinding

As part of our age-related succession planning, we are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer (m/f/d) for our Roll Grinding product division with the following main tasks and areas of expertise:

Your duties

Creation and revision of circuit diagrams, terminal diagrams, and wiring diagrams, as well as planning and project management for electrical engineering systems and control cabinets.
Design improvements/further development of existing systems and elements.
Development of control technology solutions for our machines and systems.
Implementation of safety functions and verification of functional safety.
Dimensioning and selection of all necessary electrical components.
Modularization and standardization of machine and system components.

Your profile

Degree as a state-certified electrical engineer for energy and automation technology or completed engineering degree in the field of electrical engineering.
Ideally, training in an electrical profession, e.g., as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, and initial relevant professional experience.
Good knowledge of the ECAD standard EPLAN Electric P8.
Good knowledge of the versatile Siemens automation solutions.
Good knowledge of norms and regulations as well as standards, guidelines, and specifications.
