Electrical Engineer - Automation & IT/OT Integration (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and implement networks, PLC systems, and virtual machines
• Program PLC/control systems, visualizations, databases, and interfaces
• Develop and manage applications such as mixing systems, gravimetric controls, labeling, and goods receipt systems
• Manage databases, interfaces, and data acquisition systems
• Integrate various PLC systems with external platforms
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization
• Lead automation projects and coordinate external programmers
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile:

• Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Several years of hands-on experience in automation, maintenance, and systems integration
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, mechanical engineering, and IT
• Independent, proactive work style with a focus on continuous learning
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work weekends or be on-call as needed
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in both German and English
