As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll have a lead role in overseeing electrical teams delivering installation, commissioning, and safety for multiple state‑of‑the‑art Hydrogen / Clean Energy, and help bring clean energy systems to life on a global scale.

The Role

• Oversee, coordinate, and ensure quality and safety of electrical installation works for global electrolyzer or plant projects
• Lead and coach electricians and coordinate with other trades & technical disciplines (e.g. control / automation / switchgear)
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards, quality requirements, and internal policies

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Qualification as technician / master / or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or comparable discipline
• Several years’ hands‑on experience in electrical installation / plant electrical works, ideally in supervisory capacity
• Strong understanding of electrical safety norms, switchgear, panel installations, and control systems

Language

A good level of German and English skills
