About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineering Specialist to join our team in Leipzig. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a technically diverse and responsible role in the planning, implementation, and management of complex electrical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage complex electrical systems (e.g. UPS, power distribution, lighting).
• Oversee maintenance, upgrades, new installations, and deconstruction projects.
• Prepare and review technical tenders; support procurement processes.
• Lead or support projects with responsibility for budget, timeline, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards and inspection schedules.
• Monitor market developments and assess new technologies.

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or certified technician qualification.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.
• Experience with low/medium-voltage systems and protection technologies.
• Knowledge of planning regulations (HOAI, VOB, DIN/VDE standards).
• Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Fluency in German
