Verantwortlichkeiten

• Planning, execution, and evaluation of experiments for electrolyte tests
• Selection and optimization of shuttles and depot materials for SolidFlow batteries
• Interpretation and evaluation of results for product improvement
• Investigation of causes of failed experiments and solution development in collaboration with other departments
• Communication, presentation, and report writing of results
• Fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, agile working methods, and cross‑departmental support
• Research and review of scientific literature

Profil

• Successfully completed degree (preferably with a PhD) in Electrochemistry or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in battery development is advantageous
• Knowledge in organic and inorganic molecular chemistry, solid‑state chemistry, analytics, and electroanalytical techniques
• Team‑oriented, communicative, and independent work ethic
• Solution‑oriented, scientific approach with analytical thinking
