Responsibilities:

• Designing processes and customizing solutions in close collaboration with clients
• Consulting and supporting clients in using ELO ECM
• Conducting training sessions and onboarding
• Installing and implementing ELO and add-ons
• Project planning and management to ensure successful project delivery
• Traveling to client sites to provide optimal solutions

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience with ELO ECM
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Quick learner with high adaptability
• Motivated and committed to excellence
• Customer-oriented mindset to find optimal solutions
• Basic English skills for international communication
• Initiative, dedication, eagerness to learn, and team spirit
