Summary

We are expanding our presence in Germany through compliant and respectful B2B outreach. To support this growth, we are looking for two Email Marketers / Outreach Specialists to manage mass email campaigns targeting pre-qualified business contacts for our furniture products.


Responsibilities


• Write and send outreach emails in German
• Create persuasive, sales-oriented copy to promote our products
• Conduct daily mass email outreach to pre-qualified business contacts
• Maintain communication with potential clients and record responses in the CRM
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Telemarketer to align outreach strategies
• Monitor and track performance metrics for continuous improvement


Requirements


• Strong ability to write compelling copy in German
• Experience with CRM or cold email tools (e.g., Lemlist, Instantly)
• Previous B2B communication experience preferred
