Develop a LoRa Gateway a GPS tracker module and a slave bluetooth module


Tracker
• MCU + LoRa + BLE, 6‑axis IMU, GNSS, temp; LiFePO₄ 300 mAh + ~1 W PV.


Virtual Fence Module (collar add‑on)
• BLE‑linked to tracker; provides progressive cues


LoRaWAN Infrastructure
• Outdoor gateway (SX1302‑class concentrator) with surge protection and mast-mount antenna.
• Network: ADR enabled; default DR aligned to US915; routine traffic unconfirmed, events confirmed with limited retries.


Deliverables
• Develop BOM, PCB, Gerber, Firmware, Documentation
