EMEA Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Function and Scope of Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & GTM – Develop and implement results-oriented marketing and go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with Sales and Product Management to drive business growth and market penetration.
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Management – Build scalable lead generation programs (online & offline) through ABM, marketing automation, and performance marketing to enhance both the quality and quantity of sales leads.
  • Brand & Market Expansion – Strengthen brand positioning and awareness through digital campaigns, industry events, media presence, and strategic partnerships, while optimizing distribution marketing via channel partners and resellers.
  • Team Leadership & Development – Lead and develop the international EMEA marketing team, fostering an innovation-driven and results-oriented organization.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Position marketing as a strategic business partner by working closely with the Global CEO, CMO, Regional CEO, and other cross-functional initiatives to align business objectives.
  • Marketing Technology & Data-driven Management – Introduce and leverage modern marketing technologies (CRM, automation, analytics) to increase efficiency, enable data-driven decision-making, and support growth programs (e.g., MDF, solution days, events).

Requirement

  • Experience in driving & planning efficient and good quality lead campaigns
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in a technology-led B2B company, with direct and indirect channels
  • Extensive knowledge of B2B marketing mix, digital and traditional campaign tools, and understanding of sales pipeline
  • Excellent knowledge of Marketing Automation (preferred Marketo)
  • Knowledge of Sales Force
  • Work requires a willingness to operate with a flexible schedule
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in German & English, and French is nice to have
