  • 38 hours per week
  • 2 of 5 workdays remote possible after probationary period

  • Collection of Bank Statements
  • Reconciliation with Accounts receivable, Accounts payable and General Ledger Accounts
  • Currency Conversion and Adjustment Entries
  • Verification of Fees and Charges
  • Archiving
  • Monitoring, setup, and adjustments of bank contracts and permissions of 4 companies
  • Monitoring, setup, and adjustments of credit limit applications
  • Monitoring, setup, and adjustments of credit insurances
  • Daily connection to Accounts receivable department regarding credit limits topics and bank movements
  • Reporting of Accounts Receivable topics to supervisors and other departments
  • Works with about 6 different treasury related systems

Applicant"s profile

  • Commercial training, preferably as an accountant
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting
  • Good basic knowledge of accounting
  • Experience in accounts in bank and foreign currency posting
  • Experience in bank account reconciliation
  • Experience in ERP Systems / MS Dynamics AX
  • Good knowledge of Excel (pivot, analysis functions)
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work independently
  • Open communication
  • Logical thinking / transfer thinking
