Your mission is to drive clarity across chaos. As the Enablement Requirements Manager, you’ll gather and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements across tooling, reporting, and process initiatives. Whether it's dashboards, learning tools, or field enablement workflows—you help us build what the business actually needs.
Your first assignment? Fix the information and reporting dashboards for Account Managers (AMs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs). After that, you’ll continue partnering with teams across Enablement, Operations, and Product to shape scalable, user-centered solutions.
This is a Germany-based position.Only CVs in English will be taken into consideration.
As an Enablement Business Analyst you will be responsible of:
Requirements Gathering - Facilitate structured discovery with stakeholders to define and prioritize business process and information (technology systems) needs across Enablement initiativesDocumentation & Translation - Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical solutions delivery and/or operational processes that the teams are to implementProject Scoping - Contribute to define timelines, resourcing, and success metrics for tooling, automation, and reporting projectsStakeholder Alignment - Act as a facilitator between non-technical teams (Enablement, Sales, CS, Marketing) and technical solution teams (BI, DevOps, Product)Tooling & Reporting Support - Support the design and rollout of dashboards, scorecards, content systems, and process automationsContinuous Improvement - Monitor solution effectiveness post-rollout and drive iterative improvements based on feedback and adoption data
What your success look like
Your first initiative, revamping the information and reporting dashboards for AMs and CSMs, resulting in measurable adoption gains and a shift from negative to positive user sentiment (NPS).A scalable, repeatable framework for gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements becomes standard across Enablement tooling and reporting projects, through your contribution and ownership.Enablement leaders shift from reactive support to proactive impact, using your frameworks to scope, prioritize, and roll out new initiatives at scale, without dependency bottlenecks.Middle managers receive reliable, self-service reports tailored to their needs, reducing time spent in Excel and increasing time spent on coaching and strategic planning.Data quality, tool usability, and reporting logic are no longer questioned; instead, field teams trust and rely on the systems you’ve helped shape to guide day-to-day decisions.
Requirements
3–6 years' experience in business analysis, enablement operations, or systems/product development rolesStrong background in cross-functional requirement gathering and documentationAble to bridge gaps between business needs and technical implementationExperience with Salesforce and other technologies (e.g., Highspot, Talkdesk, BI tools like Metabase, etc.) a great advantage.Self-starter who thrives in fast-changing, ambiguous environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; German a plus)
