 What you will do 
 You will take responsibility for the management of our customer journey – guiding our customers through the entire implementation process from onboarding and pilot projects to full roll‑out. Your focus will be on maximizing and emphasizing customer value from IQA. As an Engagement Manager your goal is the successful implementation and proof of the long‑term impact of IQA at the customer by demonstrating its strategic value and enabling its integration into daily operations to strive for a future‑proof lean and green manufacturing. You will : 
  - Manage the customer relationship for the entire customer journey with IQA from the first touchpoints through the pilot phase to roll‑out and live operation actively improving production processes and delivering impact 
  - Independently lead customer projects by coordinating cross‑functional teams, maintaining close communication with key stakeholders, and ensuring that project objectives are met to enable the customer for continuous use of IQA 
  - Draw on your in‑depth expertise in production processes and lean manufacturing combined with a clear understanding of the customers pain points to identify how IQA can become a major value driver for the customer 
  - Contribute to ONIQs product strategy by actively gathering customer feedback and requirements, ensuring our solution remains responsive to customer needs and market trends 
   
 What we expect from you 
  - Strong relationship‑building skills, outgoing and communicative personality 
  - Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm to drive the transformation to sustainable manufacturing with our software IQA 
  - Ability to understand the most pressing customer issues in production and to present our matching solutions 
  - Strong customer focus to achieve the best results both for the customer and ONIQ 
  - Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field 
  - Profound experience working in consulting, production management, lean manufacturing, operational excellence or similar 
  - International experience and a strong awareness of regional business practices combined with the ability to tailor communication strategies accordingly 
  - Excellent language skills (English and German C1 or higher) 
  - Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings or industry events (typically 2‑4 meetings per month)
