What You’ll Do:

🧭 Lead & Inspire: Manage a cross-functional engineering team, fostering an environment of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
🏗️ Shape the Product: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define goals, set priorities, and translate product vision into technical execution.
⚙️ Drive Delivery: Oversee the development of high-quality services in Java or TypeScript, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
🧑 🏫 Grow Talent: Mentor engineers, provide regular feedback, and support their career development through coaching and goal setting.
🔍 Champion Quality: Establish best practices for clean code, testing, and CI/CD, ensuring a robust and efficient development process.

What They’re Looking For:

✅ 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role
✅ Strong technical background in Java, TypeScript, or similar modern languages
✅ Proven ability to guide teams building scalable, distributed systems in a cloud environment
✅ Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring and developing engineers
✅ Experience driving technical initiatives and aligning teams with product goals
✅ Bonus: Previous work in high-growth consumer products, marketplaces, or travel platforms
