Your tasks

• Leadership : Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Team Building : Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier talent, creating a high-performing team capable of tackling complex projects.
• Scaling Orgs : Utilize your experience in scaling organizations to drive the expansion and optimization of our environment, ensuring it aligns with business goals.
• Strategy : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategies that enhance business processes and internal customer experiences.

Your profile

• Leadership : Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Experience in the Role : Experience in engineering Management and a track record of success in scaling organizations.
• Technical Proficiency : proven technical background in software development and architecture.
• Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.

Nice to have

• Conversational German skills
• Experience in startups or other fast-paced environments
• Previous experience working with TypeScript, Node.js, and Angular
