Engineering Manager (M/F/D)

Our client, a renowned family‑owned business in the spirits industry with over 130 years of heritage, is seeking a Head of Technology to lead production operations and ensure the smooth running of technical processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a technical team both professionally and disciplinarily.
• Ensure uninterrupted production and optimal functionality of technical equipment.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory, including consumption analysis and stock optimisation.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement system changes with external service providers.
• Drive continuous improvement and development of machinery and equipment.

Your Profile

• Degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification (e.g., master craftsman/technician).
• Proven leadership experience in a technical environment.
• Experience in the food or beverage production sector is highly desirable.
• Independent, structured, and hands‑on working style.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (M365, Teams).
