Job Description: We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team of innovators. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing groundbreaking solutions that solve real-world problems. You'll be responsible for leading and growing a high-performing team focused on our predictive maintenance system for railway switches, ensuring the team delivers on the product roadmap, maintaining the technical integrity of our solution, and fostering innovative ideas. The role enables you to demonstrate your leadership skills while also providing space for individual contributions to our technical designs and codebase.
