Instapro, part of Angi Inc., is looking for a Salesforce Engineering Manager with software design, delivery and leadership experience to help us ensure our operations teams, customers, and professionals enjoy the best possible experience with our product. As a Salesforce Engineering Manager, you will lead & mentor a team of engineers, own a significant part of our Sales and Care tooling and influence technical and product decisions. You will collaborate across the organisation with technical and non-technical peers, develop a team that delivers sound technical solutions to challenging problems, champion the team’s impact to the business, and continuously grow as an engineer and a leader.
What you’ll do: Lead and mentor an innovative team of Salesforce development engineers, Salesforce Administrators and full-stack engineers– developing people as you grow our business and technologyDeliver tooling and solutions, leveraging the Salesforce platform, that enable our Sales and Customer Service teams to support the professionals and home owners that use our productPartner with passionate Product counterparts to deliver impactful products and continuously evaluate the most effective way to deliver short- and long-term solutionsHelp us establish a diverse and inclusive organisation based upon safety and contribution, while supporting your peers and the teams they supportFoster a positive, supportive, and lively work environment while providing opportunity for team members to tackle new roles and take on new responsibilitiesOwn the ins and outs of a system that is constantly growing and evolving while ensuring the quality of our products and the business continuity of our systemsGrow as a leader and a technologist through coaching and feedback from your leaders and peers while helping us reimagine and improve our culture and practices
Job requirements5+ years of professional experience in architecting, developing, and shipping software solutions across the Salesforce stack, following Salesforce best practices2+ years of experience building people and teams as either a hands-on Team Lead or Engineering Manager: embodying servant leadership, empowering teams & collaborative work practicesAble to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that respects its engineers and usersYou have experience in designing and developing features within the Salesforce stack, using both the low-code approach as well as Apex and LWC. You can, and still enjoy, coding.You have a high interest in keeping up with and applying Salesforce best practicesAbility to collaborate & communicate with product & business counterparts, and present ideas to internal and external audiencesExperience with integrating Salesforce with external systems and Salesforce Data modelling
Preferred requirements:Proven experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flow, and API integrationsFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Git, CI/CD integrationSalesforce certifications (e.g Platform Developer I & II, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant)
