As the Engineering Manager for the Voice Agent Team, you will lead a team of engineers and researchers to build the future of conversational AI. Your core mission is to develop and scale multiple voice agents, creating tools that enable clients to deploy seamless, voice-first experiences. You will oversee core technologies such as speech recognition, STS-TTS, real-time voice models, and a framework for agent development. A key part of your role will be ensuring our technology is highly scalable with minimal latency, shaping tools that empower clients to transform customer service and create new interactive experiences.
You will directly manage about 6-8 engineers from various skill sets (Frontend and Backend) and work closely with stakeholders across the department. The number of people and skill sets you interact with may change as we prepare the organization for future challenges.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration—while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
