Responsibilities

• Provision of order-related task management in Jira
• Participation in scheduling coordination meetings in engineering and production
• Ensuring that projects are completed within the time and budget framework
• Identifying risks and effectively coordinating with stakeholders
• Acting as the point of contact for engineering regarding questions about order processing in Jira
• Conducting training sessions on order processing in Jira
• Conducting change cycles to optimize engineering standard networks in Primavera
• Coordinating changes with overall planning and other interface partners
• Acting as the point of contact for the engineering department regarding questions about standard networks
• Creation of dashboards and reports in Jira
• Support in reporting
• Analyzing data from various sources to support decision-making
• Creation of process descriptions
• Collaboration with teams to improve data quality and meet business requirements

Data/Process Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering, data development or equivalent
• 5+ years of combined experience in technical roles (e.g., Engineering, Data Services)
• Capabilities: Data analysis, visualization, task planning, resource management
• Soft Skills: Communication, teamwork, problem-solving, analytical thinking
