For Grid Solutions, HVDC & AC Substations represent a key differentiating technology and a central focus for the business, particularly in Europe where Transmission System Operators have very ambitious renewable energy targets.

Job Description Summary

In this role, you will oversee the technical coordination and management of HVDC or AC electrical substations, ensuring timely delivery of design documents, maintaining design budgets, supervising engineering tasks, and coordinating design activities across teams and suppliers.

Your responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, design quality, scope changes, and technical requirements, as well as leading design teams and representing customer interests during design decisions.

Your Profile

• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Experience as lead engineer in EPC environments
• Proven project management experience in multidisciplinary teams with international products
• Fluent in English and German or Polish
• Knowledge of Transmission or Distribution industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Renewable Energy systems and GIS is beneficial
