    This profitable late-stage pre-IPO company offers enterprise (Fortune 500) grade solutions that drive performance, retention, and satisfaction among top talent. With a recent acquisition of an AI technology company, they now drive disruption at the forefront of employee development.


    They've undergone change to professionalise the organisation before they go public, and in parallel are growing the Enterprise sales teams to continue to their high-growth phase.


    As such, they are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager (Growth) who will:

    • Manage 10-15 Enterprise (named logos) and develop them
    • Drive strategic growth in upsells, cross-sells and renewals
    • Run 6 & 7-figure TCV deals with long complex sales cycles and high amount of stakeholders

    You'll bring to the table

    • 5-8+ years of Enterprise sales experience (can be a combination of hunting / farming)
    • Track record of closing 6-figure deals and successfully carry a 1M+ EUR qouta
    • Exemplify excellent stakeholder and complex deal cycle management
    • Solid tenures that showcase tenacity and resilience

    Salary & Benefits

    Salary Range: €170,000 – €220,000 OTE (50/50 split)

    Additional Benefits:

    • Equity (€15,000 value)
    • Uncapped commission with monthly payouts and accelerators
    • Choice-based ramp compensation (MBOs or OKRs during ramp)
