Stellenbeschreibung:

We are looking for a skilled and communicative Enterprise Architecture Support Consultant to assist our Enterprise Architecture team in designing a new architecture framework and mapping a complex application landscape. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in IT transformation projects, understanding of enterprise IT architecture, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Tasks

• Support the development of a new enterprise architecture framework, including rules, descriptions, and processes tailored to a new business unit
• Assist in the operational mapping of ~600–700 applications
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect and stakeholders (Domain Architects, Solution Architects, Application Owners) to align architecture with business goals
• Contribute to the creation of architectural blueprints and reference models to guide IT transformation
• Help define and apply IT architecture principles and standards in line with internal and external requirements
• Conduct EAM (Enterprise Architecture Management) and APM (Application Portfolio Management) training and workshops
• Provide architecture-related consulting to IT and business stakeholders
• Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and architectural leadership

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT transformation projects involving multiple applications
• Experience in developing architecture blueprints and defining IT architecture principles
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes
• Experience or familiarity with enterprise architecture tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, analytical, and independent working style
• Experience with LeanIX nice to have
