About the role

We are hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Canonical . Customer success is a strategic department aimed at reducing risk and churn, facilitating product adoption, and supporting expansion within existing accounts. CSMs develop trust with customers, understand their objectives, and align expectations to increase loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  1. Onboard new customers and introduce products including Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, Openstack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and data applications.
  2. Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision-makers.
  3. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to develop engagement plans.
  4. Manage a customer portfolio, identify growth opportunities and renewal risks.
  5. Conduct weekly customer and business reviews, identify blockers, and drive resolutions.
  6. Advocate for customers internally and influence product roadmaps and documentation.
  7. Support customers through reactive ticket requests.
  8. Create campaigns targeting multiple customers via digital channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience related to IT, with exposure to Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, or IoT.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to discuss complex software.
  • Experience in process improvement and timely project delivery.
  • Team player with ability to interact across departments and levels.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish and Portuguese skills are a plus.

Preferred skills

  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and CRMs.
