Role Overview

We are hiring an Enterprise Project Manager . The mission is to streamline and accelerate open source adoption across the global enterprise market. Responsibilities include owning, driving, communicating, and engaging stakeholders to ensure project success, respecting integrity and accountability.

Location

This is a remote, global role .

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure projects are delivered within schedule, scope, cost, and resources expectations.
2. Identify and mitigate technical and project risks.
3. Maintain strong customer focus and collaborate with stakeholders for successful outcomes.
4. Conduct status meetings and business reviews with customers.
5. Manage delivery schedules of third-party deliverables.
6. Advocate for Canonical's technologies to customers.
7. Drive project success while managing risks.

Candidate Requirements

1. Experience in Enterprise IT programs, process improvement, and software engineering project management.
2. Excellent communication skills in English.
3. Experience leading cross-cultural, remote, global teams and clients.
4. Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
5. Deep understanding of Linux, open source, and cloud technologies.
6. Bachelor's in a STEM field.
7. Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent).
8. Agile Certification (Scrum Master or equivalent).
9. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
