About the role

As an Environmental Compliance Team Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting multinational clients in meeting their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations. You will lead a small team of Environmental Compliance Data Analysts, ensure excellent service delivery, smooth communication with customers, and efficient internal processes across the Reconomy Group.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team of Environmental Compliance Analysts, ensuring balanced workload distribution and professional growth within the team.
• Act as a primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring a high‑quality and consistent service experience throughout their EPR compliance journey.
• Coordinate and review the preparation and submission of EPR compliance reports to schemes and national authorities across Europe.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with the Regulatory Monitoring and IT teams to optimise data processes, reporting accuracy, and system functionality.
• Identify and improve processes related to customer service, reporting workflows, and regulatory updates.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and new joiners, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and collaboration.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in sustainability, environmental management, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in EPR, Environmental Compliance, or related service delivery functions.
